Privacy and sample-upload notes
CrewNote is in early launch, testing whether job tickets, photos, receipts, voice notes, and other closeout details can become useful invoice drafts for office review.
What you can upload
You may upload voice notes, photos, receipts, PDFs, text notes, screenshots, and other job-related files so we can prepare a sample invoice draft output. Redacted or anonymized samples are welcome.
What we use samples for
Uploaded samples are used to review the job information and prepare a sample draft output. CrewNote does not use your uploaded customer data to train models.
Human review
Human review may be used during early launch to understand the sample, check the draft, and decide whether CrewNote is a fit for your workflow.
QuickBooks and invoices
You do not need to connect QuickBooks for this sample test. CrewNote will not send invoices automatically. Future versions may create unsent QuickBooks invoice drafts only after explicit approval and connection.
Storage and deletion
Samples are stored privately for review. You can request deletion of your uploaded sample by emailing hello@crewnote.ai with your name, company, and submission ID if available.
Do not upload
Please do not upload social security numbers, payment card numbers, bank login details, medical records, or other highly sensitive information. If a sample contains sensitive customer details, redact them before uploading when possible.
